Profile
This 18 month old dog needs to find a new loving home due to the family’s change of circumstances, and they can no longer give him the attention he needs. He is a loving chunky chocolate, and has had virtually no training, only knowing sit and paw.
He is fine indoors and will settle, although can be boisterous when first meeting guests. He currently has an outdoor compound where he can roam around, which means that he has never been on a lead nor met other dogs, other than his litter sister who he lives with. He is house trained and lives indoors. He may need to be introduced to traffic and crowds in a measured way once he has settled down. Lots of things will be new to him.
We are looking for an experienced home that well have time and resources to take him on and give him the time and training he so desperately needs, going right back to basics. We would prefer a home with no young children because of his size and boisterous demeanor. He has been used to visiting children in his current home.
He is not castrated and the charity will contribute to the funding of this, once he has settled in his new home.
He is in Kent and nearby homes would be preferred.
